Were is the best place to go in mexico for a vacation, i want flea markets and street activitys dancing etc?

Guadalajara, Jalisco...  Mexico City  or Acapulco, Guerrero.  The all have great night life, lots of flea markets and have awesome street activities depending on the time of year you go.  Talk to your travel agent and they will most likely know when the best time is to go for the traditional "Ferias" and stuff.

I'm from Mexico myself. I think this answer really depends if you want a more touristy area,do you want somewhere where theres beaches, or do u only want just bars and nightclubs, do u want a more authentic feel for mexico, what kind of climate are u looking for, do you speak Spanish or do you want somewhere were they are bilingual?

Well here are a few suggestions::

Your typical touristy areas  are good for nightlife and dancing and most have a market nearby but i think the best are  Puerto Vallarta and Cancun.  and they all have beaches and the weather is wonderful . They also have Bilingual staff at the hotels and restaurants and nightclubs. a plus for cancun is that the maya ruins are there and you  could take a trip to visit  one of the 7 wonders of the world.

If you want a more authentic place where you would have to know  Spanish  to get around but its lots of fun is Cuernavaca morelos. They dont have a beach but they have el Rollo a really cool waterpark.   Another place thats awesome is Ixtapan de la Sal (not to get it confused with IXTAPA Zihuatanejo)  Both of these places have perfect temperature (75-85 degrees and it is not  a rainy place) Neither have a beach but they have water parks and Pools Andthey both have flea markets but on certain days.

Mexico City is alot of fun too, I just wouldnt recommend if your not a latina/o and if you dont know Spanish

Hit Guadalajara in October. They have an October-fest of sorts and there are tons of street activities, some of the best Mariachi in all of Mexico will perform, and there is all the stuff that a metro of 4 million people will have to offer. Oh yeah, short trip (relatively) to the coast too.
