breakfast--> a granola bar and a peice of bread
no lunch, or snacks
dinner- a little peice of steak w/ some A1, a small twice-baked potatoe, a roll, and some dessert [yes, it wasn't that great for you-- light cool whip w/ a pudding mix, walnuts, marshmellows, and pineapple =/]
drinks: milk w/ a carnation breakfast mix, water
