  1. Well, I've heard that people did go to parts of Europe with the so-called "Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show." I think it was a mix of people of various tribes.

  2. In the 15th to 17th centuries native Americans were taken to most European countries, either to be presented at court (before the monarch) as curiosities or as slaves;

  3. Yes, by Columbo (Columbus) and others exploring the Americas. Many died when taken to Europe because of vulnerability to disease. Pocahontas is a prominent example.  Others were not allowed to return to their people, and enlisted (in at least one instance) the help of monks to gain passage back to North America.

    Ports are avialable but unknown to me at this writing
