Yes the bottled water thing works. At the CMA fest there were lots of people with coolers selling bottled water. Also in the parking lot just before a concert I went to the other night.

buy bottled water when its on sale for 5.00 for 24 pack - sell them for 1.00-1.50 a piece in parks areas. you make like 20.00 a case
