Not to be discouraging, but if you can't speak English fluently, you really shouldn't be teaching in a school-type setting for anyone.  If it's private or your own children than definitely help them anyway you can, but for an actual paying job... it wouldn't be fair for you to teach a subject that you are not excellent in.
