  1. There are good parts to every part of each area. Rancho Cordova= stay away from mills park. Elk Grove= the older areas. Natomas= the older areas. I couldn't really tell you about streets as I don't really go to these areas if only because I don't know anyone over that way. As far as Roseville there are bad parts to that area too. I can't possibly think of a bad area of Folsom though :)

  2. Granite Bay and Folsom are great areas.

(Especially Granite Bay-right next to Folsom)

  3. I lived in Rancho Cordova, it has some really ghetto areas like down by Coloma Road (where I lived). I'm now in Orangevale which is right next to Folsom and both these areas are really nice. Roseville is nice too, but also has it's ghetto areas. I have friends that live in Elk Grove and say they like their area, just stay away from Franklin Blvd. Natomas (most areas) are nice, but a lot of home invasions lately. My hair stylist and her sister live in Natomas and really like it, but her sister became one of those victims in the home invasions/robberies (luckily she wasn't home).
