We have tried, George, North 44, Centro, Bymark we liked them all, looking for something new. It doesn't have to be stuffy- but a good atmosphere and great food.

  1. 360 atmosphere is great, but I would recommend just drinks...the food is not quality at all.

The best would be for you to order food in and set up you place with candles and enjoy some Chinese at home with romantic 'just us' atmosphere.

For desert you could try Dimitris (Richmond Hill) for Crepes (they are amazing!)

  2. cn tower...can't think of any memorable places

  3. I don't know the name, but go to the rotating restaurant in the sky needle. Haven't been there in quite awhile, heard it's still there.  If not, you can just have a good laugh at my answer.....Have a good anniv. !

  4. go down to niagra falls and have dinner down there for your anni

  5. i m in WA and I m mexican..so i dont know

  6. Terroni. It's not terribly highbrow, but great Southern Italian food and fabulous atmosphere for a good price. Try the Penne Arribiata with the Casa Di Gregorio 2003 Shiraz. My favourite place in town and I have never been disappointed.

  7. Tom Jones Steakhouse has a great atmosphere.

  8. http://www.toronto.com/restaurants

lots of great info and with a variety of settings....

  9. 360 on the CN Tower. That's where my husband proposed to me. Seven years and two kids later... still happy. All because of 360 on the Tower.

  10. Definatly try one of the Olliver Bonaccini Restaurants - they are some of the very best in the city.  Check out their website for more details:  http://www.oliverbonacini.com/

My favourite of theirs is Auberge de Pommier - it's very classy, the service is excellent and the food is just to die for.

It's a fairly small and popular place, so be sure to make reservations.

Based on the other restaurants that you mentioned you've already been to, you might also like Canoe at the top of the TD centre.  The view is great and the food and service are exceptional.

All of these places far outweigh 360 at the top of the CN Tower - it's just a tourist trap and doesn't have the quality of food that Bymark, North 44, etc. have.

    Have a great anniversary!

  11. I can answer the one answer about the revolving restaurant, they mean 360 at the CN Tower, I have a suggestion, it is initmate and the food is excellent.

Barberian's Steakhouse on Elm St, 2 blocks north of Dundas off of Yonge just up from the old Sam the Record man store.

I worked there years ago as chef and know they still offer a great night out
