  1. Chinese committed both acts of kindness.


  2. No, the man who killed the bus passenger is a lunatic - he may not even be able to stand trial.  

  3. No.  Why would you try to relate the two incidents?  However, both of the perpetrators were apparently mentally unstable.  In that respect they are similar, but they are completely unrelated.
