they would never let the chinese to be beaten. Egan won that fight yesterday and even though barnes was beaten he hit a few punches and not zero like the judges gave.the 2 chinese were also given 2 lucky countback decisions earlier on in the tournament.

I only saw the Light Heavyweight's Final (Egan, Kenny of Ireland vs Zhang, Xiaoping of China), but the judges were definitely unfair to Egan.*

In Round 4 of the match, Egan landed 4 -clear- blows on Zhang, but his score remained the same. At the end of the round, the score should have been tied at 11.

*Either that, or we need more experienced and mature judges to judge in the Olympics. Inexperienced judges should -not- be used at the international level. I've seen some inaccurate and unfair scoring throughout the entire Games, sometimes resulting in an unfairly given medal (ex. gymnastics, tae kwon do, and wrestling).

I scored it (although I'm no expert) as much closer, it seems that the scoring when open to interpretation has seemed to favour the home favourite throughout the games.

if you ask me the chinese had it fixed!!! its the first time in years that they have won the most golds!! they entred an underage girl in the gymnastics!! the boxers were treated badly!!! both egan and barnes!!! egan should have won!!! barnes should of scored at least some points!!!! but it was a good result all of our boxers were beaten by the people who went on to win the gold medals so it shows how much they achieved!!

I think the judges were scoring it wrong. If there were Chinese judges for the Kenny Egan match I think that would have been most unfair as there was a Chinese boxer against him.. I don't think judges were very fair in a few of the events.. but it's over and done with now.. bring on 2012.
