No it was not a cover up.It would be easier to describe colour than to convince a conspiracy theroist that they are misguided.

Which actions of the Bush administration make you think that they're competent enough to have created this conspiracy, destroyed the Twin Towers and part of the Pentagon, and then hidden any evidence of the conspiracy's existence?  They haven't been able to do anything else right, I doubt they'd be able to pull off a massive conspiracy.

everything is a cover up they didnt tell us everything, as far as conspiracy goes theres nothing conspirable about it we trained bin laden to be a terrorist in the 80s (to fight the soviets) and we made the error of letting him loose
