  1. i only "love" my sorrow because it is familiar to me..

don't we become increasingly attached to the things we recognize most..??

also,,when you feel that your sorrow is all you have & all you've ever felt..

don't you want to keep it and cling to it..

so that too, doesn't disappear as well..??

  2. it's the only time.....

    .....that i feel alive....

  3. At the time of sorrow, no.

    After the pain of sorrow

    lifts, you can love the

    way you feel.

    You marched through it,

not sure how or when it

    would end.  Still, you

    loved the handling of

    sorrow.  You're better,

    stronger, individual for

    having gone through it.

  4. reminds me of the the song line from goo goo dolls..

"And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming

Or the moment of truth in your lies

When everything feels like the movies

Yeah you bleed just to know you're alive"

what i am trying to say is, just like the song line, when life throws you sorrow don't fight it back coz eventually you will realize the glory of each experience. everything may seem like an underrated movie script and there is nothing more to expect since it seems like you have seen it all. its a part of life a fact that you can't deny. God has his own way of testing your faith and he wont put you in a situation that you can't handle.

  5. Yes..it puts me in such a festive mood that i load up my revolver, take 50 Seconal, get really wasted on Wild Turkey and then invite my enemies over to party! That is when the sorrow REALLY gets good!

    WOW! I feel better already!

    Thanks!

(Yes i KNOW this is an awful answer...but i got to vent!)

  6. yes those were the times when i couldn't share, it was taken away...

  7. The main cause of your suffering is the attachment to the individual family...and every body love their family.

  8. I always love my sorrows as they are part of my decisions and I am proud to walk or fall on my own, always.

Life is a blessing to me even if I make it a curse for myself.

  9. There have been times when sorrow was all there was to love.

  10. only when it helped me with my art.

i was feeling so down and sad, i wanted to experience satisfaction and happiness and beauty.  so i draw, not only when i'm sad, and i am overjoyed by the results.  some of my best art came from when i was feeling down.  also it gave me something else to focus on then my self pity.

  11. yeah many times because when i am alone sorrow is the only thing that is with me like a friend......................

  12. i am trying to embrace it right now.  not sure i know how???

  13. No.

I never loved my sorrow only my tears. They gave me an excuse to step out in the rain and get my face all wet.

  14. If I don't love my sorrow, who will? After all, it is my sorrow. It is a part of me, yet a part that many do not wish to see. Some try to convince me to abandon my sorrow if favor of joy, to "accentuate the positive" and "always look on the bright side". They do not appreciate the value of my sorrow as I do.

  15. I agree with the poster MEK.  I hated it.

But it opened up my blinded eyes from self to see the sorrow of others and to want to help them.  But I took no pleasure in pain. In fact my whole life and home was a house of pain.

  16. yeees...it has helped me so much in my thoughts and my conclusions

  17. Loving my sorrow because it attracted others' attention towards me?  Yes as a child I always loved my misfortunes/sickness because then my mother used to shower all her love and attention exclusively on me.

  18. yes, in those moments when I thought I was in love to the point of desperation.

too much to tell, too strange to talk about these days...
