Were to go if you have horrible food service?

i mean, this chinese places showed the single worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. It all started when we ordered our meal, we asked for a small fried rice, they gave use a large. We strugged it off because we were tired and didn't care. So anyway we order, whent home and opened our meal, it was the completly wrong order. At this point me and my family were very angry, so we called the place. WE TALKED TO THE "OWNER" FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES, ARGUING BACK AND FORTH ABOUT THE SERVICE. they were so rudd and kept on saying things like "so wut" and "ok?"

until THEY hung up on us. we called back, and they told us that they would not give us our money back or exchange us for the right order.

my question is, where can i go to complain about this chinese restorant?

  1. Go to Yahoo and find the restaurant listings.  If there add comments, if not add the location.  Write a letter to the BBB with all details, trying to leave out emotions.


  2. Kick back, relax and just don't go there to eat again. Problem solved!

  3. just don't go back.  with their service they'll probably shutdown soon anyway.

  4. All right best service of all time, Souper Fry on Long Island. I Live really close to it and it never takes a long time to get your food. If you live in Merrick, you go to this place

If you want to get them back there is a very easy way and trust me you can let them know you did it when you go back in there.  Call the county health board what ever it may be called in your area and report mouse droppings on the floor.  They have to account for it and find ways to prevent it which would cost them your refund you were intitled to.  Sounds aweful but it works.  Remember revenge is dish served better cold
