I am not sure but in my mind about the only inland commercialism focusing on some kind of fish ispecially in the midwest is catfish raising. I would think that commercial fishing as I know it is oceanic and in the great lakes. Pen raising salmon and other world wide important fishes is commonplace but in Ohio you are probably going to move to do any commercial fishing.

However! Go to the library and ask the reference desk assistant there if they can guide you to the area where you might find information on  commercial fishing in Ohio.
