Were would i find material to make a street legal sandrail wit one seat?

Any supplier of aluminium tubing will supply you with what you need. Have you really thought it through! Practically yes, you can build it ,but if you look at the regs that you will have to build it to you are going to have a hard time of it. Then the next problem you will have is who is going to insure you for it.  If you do get a policy then I hope you have deep pockets. Still I wish all the best with the project. Have fun.
