i wrote a book called foxtrot and i want to publish it but cant cuz idk were to finde a publisher any tips?

Kid K, the answer depends on whether your goal is to hold a copy of your book in your hands, and make them available to friends and family, or whether you want your book in stores, available to strangers.

The first goal takes money. Lulu.com and CafePress.com are both honest with the writer about exactly what you get for your money. Avoid PublishAmerica, which is notoriously misleading.

"Real" publishing takes a first-rate manuscript and often a literary agent as well. If you feel your book is good enough to compete with the ones now in bookstores, ask for more details about that. There are several authors here who have copy-and-pastes ready to go.
