  1. recently, i've lost over 40 pounds. i did so by walking/running two miles every day, lots of crunches, cutting down the amount i ate, and eating healthier.

  2. Have no idea about the current obese standards now, but according to my height\ weight math, i needed to loose weight. so i put a healthy diet for my self that revolved around a big healthy breakfast. It was 2 boiled eggs, fat free white cheese (any amount i wanted) and a natural all brown bread.

then my next meal would be 4 to 5 hours and it would have protproteinwell as fibers (brown bread is great for that and it makes you full)

I walked to places i thought was far, asked the taxi to drop me off a mile before work and went out dancing every week.

Because i was not very strict, it took longer to loose weight and it was harder to gain it back. In 9 month i have lost 13 kilograms. I was 68 when i started and now i am 55 and very stable.

you can start by eating half bortions of your regular meals and when your stomic gets smaller you can do it easier.

  3. A hump per day keeps the doctor away.

  4. I am an overweight teen. Right now I've only lost 23? lbs.. I think 23 and something but my mom keeps track of that.

It's a slow course to lose weight but it's getting there. Have been at it for about 3 months and I think it's going alright. I'm proud of myself and by the end of the year I'll be A LOT closer to what I want to be. I've talked to my doctor and he said I'm not considered obese because I don't weigh enough to be considered obese with my height and what not.

But how I lose weight? I walk a lot. Drinking water helps me tons. Every now and then I'll splurge and get me a fountain drink because I crave them when I'm on my period. Usually just water. We eat grilled instead of fried foods or panfried. Lots of baked stuff. Walking mostly. We have a picture of how we looked at our biggest and then have a mirror next to the picture. It's to tell us what we wanna be. It helps.

  5. No.  I'm 14, 5'4 1/2'' and 86 pounds.  But my mom was an over weight child and she lost her weight buy doing jumping jacks, running in place, and stuff like that.  Good luck, I hope I helped.  \

PS.  If you have a wii buy wii fit.  It gets you moving and is fun!

  6. I'm still a teenager, and now I'm not obese or that much overweight now, but I was pretty heavy when I was a kid, up until I was 11 or 12. I cut almost all sugar from my diet (no candy, pop, ice cream, anything like that) and ate less during meals and I lost over twenty pounds.
