Were you approved for an IKEA credit card?

I have a score just under 600 in all 3 bureaus (570-590 across the 3).

Has anyone been approved for an IKEA store card or another GE Money provided store card with that kind of score range?

If so, what was your starting credit limit?

It's not going to be easy, but you still can try Sears, apply for Sears card in a time of purchase. You should get the limit as a merchandise purchase total. Good Luck!
