Are you sure?  Then why the heck are all the welfare social workers so grumpy?...acting like their case load is so difficult to manage.

Where is the "Department of Welfare?" What state, cuz there sure as heck isn't a federal one.

I find this hard to believe. But if this is true  it would not surprise me to much. Nothing but the best for our system.
