Werid dream?

Question

so i just woke up from a nap and i had this really weird dream that a spirit was following me and it was just really weird .. like i was running from it and my body actually started to shake and i put my hand on my face and it stopped then i woke up and was freaking out soo much any ideas?

maybe  someone  lived  in yuor  houde  befor  you did  and  thre   huntting  that  one  is  not  a  good  idea  but  it  is  a   tought  if you had someone die in your family maybe you are thinking of them and   you  miss   them
