Wesley Sneijder and Thiago Motta keen to stay with Inter Milan – Serie A Update
Inter Milan stars, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Motta-c34897, have revealed their sincerity to the club and recently claimed that they will stay at San Siro.
The Nerazzurri have had a rough start to the ongoing 2011/12 season and rumours have it that many players would be looking to move away in the upcoming winter transfer window.
Sneijder is linked with a move away to English Premier League giants, Manchester United, while Motta, whose contract with the Serpent expires by the end of this ongoing season, is also reckoned to be looking for a new home.
However, both the players have made their position clear and have shown their loyalty to Inter Milan.
The Dutch International was recently talking to NUSport where he expressed his satisfaction with being at San Siro. The playmaker believes that Inter have room for improvement and they will soon return to winning ways.
"I am very happy at Inter. There is still plenty of room for improvement and we will soon do better again. Our problem right now is that the difference between the regular starters and the reserve players is too big. However, I am confident that we will
return to winning ways once a few players return from injury,” said the playmaker.
On the other hand, Motta’s representative, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alessandro-c4710 Canovi, recently told Tuttomercatoweb that the midfielder has no plans of leaving the Nerazzurri any time soon.
The 29-year-old former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 player is keen to stay with the Italian giants for the season and the next one as well. The agent revealed that they are waiting for the right time to discuss a contract renewal.
"Thiago's intentions are very clear. He wants to stay with the Nerazzurri. A contract renewal? There are no new developments. We are not in a rush to sign a new deal, though, as there's still plenty of time. We are waiting for Inter's call," said the midfielder’s
agent.
