Galatasaray midfielder and Dutch international, Wesley Sneijder, has gone on to hint that he wouldn’t mind moving to Chelsea, since he would like the opportunity to play under Jose Mourinho once again.
The two worked together at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan and despite Mourinho leaving the club, which was later followed by Sneijder leaving as well, the two have remained in contact ever.
Despite having moved to Galatasaray only in January, the Dutch midfielder has suggested that he could potentially make the move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, should the manager want to sign him.
The midfielder is reported to have said, "I have a great relationship with Jose Mourinho.
"We have kept in contact since our days at Inter. Does Chelsea need a playmaker? I'm not sure. In football you can never be certain of what will happen next but I'm very happy in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Turkey-c3026."
The player then went on to talk about his sides run in the Champions League, as he feels that the team did far better than anyone could have hoped for and feels that from here on, they can only get better.
"Reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League was our target and we reached it," he added. "The first leg against Real Madrid was disappointing, had we played better we could have progressed. The home
leg with the twelfth man behind us was amazing."
Mourinho has recently gone on to admit that he is going to be looking to bring in a few new faces to the Stamford Bridge before the start of the season. He feels that the team could use some more quality, and
that is exactly what he is looking to add to it. That being said, the manager is also known to go around and sign players who he has worked with in the past.
This is something that could potentially result in Sneijder making his long awaited debut in the Premier League. However, nothing can be said for certain right now, since you never know what to expect when it
comes to Jose Mourinho.
