The Nerazzurri President believes that the Dutch midfielder is vital for the club’s future plans; suggests dramatic changes in the squad are imminent.

The Dutchman’s future at the Milan outfit was placed under doubt, after the team failed to qualify for the UEFA Champions League, and the midfielder’s struggles with injuries continued.
However, Massimo Moratti insisted that he has no problems with the attacking midfielder, and insisted that the veteran can play a major role in the resurrection of the club in Serie A.
