West Coast Colleges with good Theater programs?

Question

I am currently a junior in highschool living in Nevada and I am very passionate about Theater (Musical Theater as well) and Im looking for some good Universities with strong Theater programs that offer majors. I prefer to stay along the West Coast for financial reasons.

Do any of you have any suggestions about good schools for what Im looking for? Any help is appreciated. :)

The University of California, San Diego has a very strong theater program for both undergraduates and graduates. Most importantly, the school has a professional relationship with La Jolla Playhouse, one of the best theaters in the country. (Many Broadway-bound shows get their start at La Jolla.)

If you get your MFA there, you'll get the opportunity to do at least one professional residency with La Jolla, which looks great on the resume and could go a long way toward helping you jump start a theater career.
