West Indies and Australia are going to face each other in the last of the three-match Test series today at Windsor Park, Roseau, Dominica. The visitors are currently leading the series by a margin of 1-0.
The Kangaroos started the series as favourites and they were expected to completely outplay the home team. The Aussies are leading the series but the young West Indian team has given them a tough time in the two matches played till date. Had the rain stayed
away on the last day of the second Test, the Caribbean boys could have leveled the series.
Australia’s batting-unit has struggled on the slow and low pitches of the Caribbean as the Kangaroos have scored 400 or above only once in the series so far and they would love to make amends in the last match of the tour.
The visitors are likely to make a couple of changes for the last Test of the series as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nathan-Michael-Lyon-c78822 was criticized after the first match but he
made up for the poor performance with a five –wicket haul in the second Test at Port of Spain. Therefore, his position in the team is under no threat.
The Aussie skipper expressed in the pre-match press conference that the match in Dominica is going to be his team’s last Test of the season and wants to continue with the positive momentum. The middle-order batsman is happy with the way his team performed
in the longer version of the sport in recent times against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 but understands that it is extremely crucial to end the season on a high-note.
"I'm pretty sure all the boys will want to make this Test a good one for themselves personally and for the team because we've had a really good summer, we want to finish on a high before we get stuck into one-day cricket and the Twenty20 World Cup," said

Australia’s Expected Playing-XI: 1 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/BW-Hilfenhaus-c1204, 11 Nathan

On the other side of the coin, the home team’s morale is quite high after a fighting performance in the Port of Spain Test. Darren Sammy and company may bring in fast bowler, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Fidel-Henderson-Edwards-c57010, who is struggling with a back-problem.
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/DM-Bravo-c1386 in the last match, who has failed
to convert his starts in the series into big knocks.
Sammy is geared up to win the last match and level the series. The Home team’s skipper understands that the young West Indian team can reach new heights, if it is able to avoid defeat in the series against one of the world’s best teams.
The West Indian skipper expressed, "When Australia came here everybody didn't give us a chance, but we've played a brand of cricket that we want to get used to. That said we've still got to get the victories and that's what we're looking for. To level a
series against Australia would be another stepping stone for us."
