November 16, 2011.
However, Indian bowlers made sure not to let the batting side get away with things as they prevented the Windies from scoring freely.
Coming out to bat, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/DM-Bravo-c1386 aimed to add more runs to their overnight scores of 12 and four runs and help their side avoid a batting meltdown against an extremely aggressive Indian bowling arsenal.
However, the Indians were in no mood to let this imminent victory get out of their hands as they began a demolition process by incinerating the West Indies batting line-up without remorse.
Edwards departed after playing a knock of 16 runs while Bravo dug in for a little while as he managed to amass 30 runs before losing this stumps in the 32nd over.
Apart from Bravo, middle-order batsman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Marlon-Nathaniel-Samuels-c74804 scored a commendable knock as he posted 25 runs.
However, the Indians completely pulverised the remaining batting line-up as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 fell after posting 153 runs in their first innings.

Then later, it was time for Edwards and Bravo to craft a grace saving partnership and to everyone’s surprise, the duo actually came out heavy against the Indians as they played sensibly and avoided giving the hosts an opportunity to claim another wicket.
The way the two batsmen batted, it was obviously clear that they had instructions to stay on the wicket for as long as possible without actually worrying on how to score runs.

Perhaps the Indians were just trying a bit too hard, as the more they tried the lesser chances they got of bagging another wicket.
The third day was a complete train wreck for the tourists before resurgence in the later part of the day.
