West nile virus question?

I have a cold, and I'm on antibiotics.

today I have been bitten by a mosquito... will the antibiotics in my blood increase or decrease my chances of developing west nile symptoms? given the fact that I'm 22 years old in descent health?

Antibiotics make no difference as west nile virus is a virus and antibiotics kill bacteria and not Viruses. If you were to contact west nile virus and your young and in good health like yourself your most likely to be asymptomatic or experience a mild flu only
