Western Blot: Can I use Triton in the blocking buffer?

Can I use Triton instead of Tween in the blocking buffer and in the antibody incubation? What's the difference between both detergents? Could using triton instead of tween s***w things up? Thanks for answers.

Tween is generally considered to be less powerful that Triton. If you are going to substitute Triton you might start at a lower concentration that you used with Tween
