Western Union Help involing MTCN?

Sold an item via western union, need help with MTCN, is that a number? a friend told me a didn't need as long as i have security answer/secret question that buyer gave. Do I need or not? Also do I need buyer's info, address ect

i put 500 bucks on a western union prepaid visa card,and i lost the mtcn receipt paper,now its saying i have zero balance.and i went to the store i got the card from,and they cant help me,i also contacted western union and they say i need my mtcn code.how can i get the mtcn so my 500 dollars can be put back on my card.
