Western digital mybook world

Question

After setup with WD Anywhere Access, neither Windows nor WD/MioNet can locate the MyBook World external drive. It displays in MioNet as a failed mount. i have followed suggestions from the WD support site but it is still unresolved.

I would like to set it up so that I could use the device online but also as a private storage device if I choose to do so.

If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
