I have the Westinghouse Unplugged Vacuum model. No matter how long I charge the battery back, the vacuum will run for 5 seconds then turn off. The hose is securely plugged into it's socket. The dirt department is emptied out. I'm not sure why it would do this. If you know anything that could help, I'd appreciate it! Thank youAshley
