Westmead Sienna likely to win A2 500m Flat at Nottingham
Westmead Sienna is expected to show a big run at Nottingham racecourse in a bid to win the A2 500m Flat race that will be held on Tuesday, May 1. The action is set to start at 11:19 (GMT).
For the prize cheque of £124, the A. Stevens-trained black b***h will confidently compete against Dooneen Duke, Monaghan Hurler, Aghaburren Perry, Chapelane Angel and Queenswood Tagg.
The three-year-old veteran hound has been enjoying great form since the dawn of 2012. During the month of March, the brilliant b***h accomplished a couple of consecutive triumphs along with a runner-up position. These fabulous feats boosted up her morale
to a great extent.
She moved ahead to finish second in a race on April 13. The maverick sprinter again claimed top spot in her last outing on April 21.
This was the peak point of the b***h’s winning momentum. At the moment, the daughter of Ballymac Maeve out of Westmead Swift is awash with fighting spirit and enthusiasm that will lend a great hand to her in the Labour Day’s marathon.
If Westmead Sienna runs to her best and keeps her stamina intact, her chances to thrive will be as high as 90 percent.
However, Monaghan Hurler can hurl an upset in the race as the A. Grewcock-trained blue dog possesses an epic track record. He elegantly finished first by mammoth margins in each of his last two outings during the first half of April 2012.
Now, the dashing dog is on a hat-trick that he will strive to complete by winning the coming contest. If Westmead Sienna fails to adopt a calculated running strategy against him, he can prove to be greatly dangerous.
Chapelane Angel is also likely to do well in the race. During January 2012, M. Roberts’ blue b***h grabbed three runner-up positions in a row. She went ahead to register a triumph each on March 3 and 31. She finished 5th in each of her last two
starts.
In this situation, a rip-roaring clash is expected in the race. However, the hot favourite hound will be able to carry the day convincingly. The race will be thrilling enough. Good luck to all the contestants.
