Wet Spark Plug? Goped not starting. HELP?

on my goped S25. after i try to start it my spark plug is wet. i cant get it to start. new spark plug, new gas, please help me asap.

  1. If the plug is wet it won't start. Most likely fuel fouled. Dry off plug or replace. With plug out, crank engine a few times to clear out excessive fuel. Install plug and hold throttle wide open to allow more air than fuel in while starting.

    This will only help if it is already getting spark. To test for spark, install the plug wire on the plug while it is out of the engine, ground the plug by holding the metal part of it against the engine, crank over the motor and look for an electrical arc between the plug and its electrode. No spark...No start!
