Wet reckless charge????

Question

if i was in a accident in febuary and got a ticket for dui.

but when i went to court i plead not guilty and the blood test showed i was .07999999 i got a wet reckless, not a dui.

my question is, my licence was never suspended. and it still aint. i went to court on the july 28 and thats the day of the charge.

my accident was on feb 22.

is my licence going to get suspended or was there a mistake at the dmv, because like i said i still got a valid licence.

or will it take a week to kick in???

i am lost, the judge didnt say anything about my licence.

It takes a while for them to send you the paperwork regarding sending your liscense in. I got a DUI in june of 07 went to court april 08 and had to mail my liscense june 08. Its a long drawn out process but dont be fooled u most likely didn't slip through the cracks or anything. They will catch up with you eventually.
