  1. It was probably just an accident.  It happens sometimes.   Just try not to drink anything a few hours before you go to bed and make sure you go to the bathroom before and as soon as you get up

  2. Take the sheets off your bed and wash them.  I mean, what else can you do?  It was a one time thing.  I wouldn't fret too much.

  3. yes i wet the bed and im 13 too. and i use underjams but they dont show. so no one will know. good thing that i olny wake up with a wet one olny about 5 times a week. but i still wear them every night so ask your mom to get underjams. it was hard for me to ask cus i started wetting 2 years ago

so get underjams untill u olny wet at least once or twice a week then dont use them for a week then the next week use them so on and so for

dont drink a hour b-4 going 2 bed

    good luck!!!!!!!!!!

  4. first, take the sheets and what ever else is wet and wash it in the washing machine (don't forget to add one cup of soap, If there is not a cup use the lid)

don't drink anything like an hour before you go to sleep

GO to the bathroom before you lay down for bed

(even if you think you don't need to, go and try anyways)

    go to bed,,,,,

no, you don't need diapers, or pull-ups, or anything...

    you were really tired,

you said, you were half way awake, so, you were just really tired.

next time when you get the feeling to go to the bathroom, STOP whatever you're doing and go  (DON"T TRY TO HOLD IT)

  5. First, relax and take a deep breath.  It was just an accident.  It happens sometimes, especially if you don't get enough sleep or are over sleeping, which is the case sometimes when you wake up in the morning, but don't get up then go back to sleep.  Someone I know accidentally wet the bed on her brand new husband on their honeymoon!  She was mortified, but he was understanding and they are still married, happily so, too.  If you are home alone today than your best course of action would be to pull all the sheets and blankets from your bed and do some laundry.  If your mattress is wet then you'll want to mop up as much of the wetness as possible with a cloth.  Unfortunately pee is hard to get out of mattresses.  This may not be do-able for you, but if you can get your mattress outside and it is sunny where you live, try putting your mattress outside in the sun while you wash your bedding and your wet clothes.  Hopefully you've been shown how to do laundry, if not you'll have to read the directions on your machine or post another question about how to do laundry.  If getting the mattress outside is not an option than try blowing a fan on it to help dry it up.  It is important to let the mattress dry as much as possible before re-making the bed.  You don't need to wear diapers or pull-ups or anything like that.  This was just a one time incident, I am sure.  However, it if does continue, it is possible you have an underlying medical condition.  I would be honest with your parents.  Let them know you don't know what happened and you are sorry.  Tell them you cleaned up the best you knew how and ask them what else you should do to fix the problem.  Hopefully you have good, caring, and understanding parents.  I know not all are, so if there is a possibility that one of your parents will make a big deal out of this and use it for future ridicule than you may want to adjust your honesty accordingly.  Your mom or dad may want you to spray something like Febreeze on it or they may have something else they want you to use on the mattress.  We have cats and dogs who have had accidents on the carpet or furniture and there are products designed specifically to help elminate the odor and stain of urine for both pets and humans.  Some work well, others not so much.  I have heard to wash the area of urine with a water and white vinegar solution.  You could do a search of "how to get urine out of a mattress".

  6. Wash the sheets and wash the matress if needed with carpet cleaner or fabric cleaner the best you can.  You probably don't need to wear anything, my guess it that it was only a one time thing.  If it continues to happen tell your parents because then you will probably need to go to the doctor.

That happened to me once last year when I was 18 for no reason apparent to me and I just made sure that I washed my sheets before anyone woke up and I washed the stain on my mattress too.  I was afraid for a while after that that I would do it again, especially like the week after that but things are doing good so far.  I hadn't wet my bed since I was probably three and I haven't since that last incident so I doubt that it will be a continuing problem for you.

  7. Dont worry dear, just change your clothes and clean the sheets,I wouldnt worry that much.
