  1. Do you mean "Does this address exist?" or are you asking how to address a letter correctly in UK?

The address that you give makes no sense as Manchester City  is not based in London. The British address for Coca-Cola promotions does not  correspond to this address either.

The telephone code is wrong both for London and Manchester.

If this is just a model that you are showing for correction:

One does not include a telephone number when addressing an envelope.

The correct way to address a letter to the UK is:

    Name of recipient

    number +Street/ Road

    Area

    Town

    Postal code

    UK

If you are answering some kind of promotion linked to Coca-Cola, be extremely careful as there are several scams going round telling you  that you have won a prize and demanding money to collect it. If so ignore them.

  2. There is another question on site asking if there is a Yorkshire city in London.

There is no Manchester City in London

Nor is there a Yorkshire City in London.

However it seems rather a coincidence that both are being used

as part of seemingly spoof addresses?

The code 44 is the international UK code. Possibly the rest is a non traceable mobile telephone number.

The term Inc is not British. British would use Ltd.

Coca Cola is a registered trade mark so the use of their name may be a violation. They may be interested in the information you have.
