To say Nadal wasn't the better player is completely stupid. He stayed in it with Federer and he won, how is he not at the level of Federer at least. If anything it came down to either player and it ended up being Nadal.

No doubt.  I was screaming at the TV at times, I'm the biggest Fed fan you'll find out there, after he sent that last forehand I walked outside and took a walk and came back and managed to catch the post-match interviews.  I could easily go on a huge long ramble/story about my own personal experience with this once-in-a-generation match but that would distract people from telling their own stories which I'd rather hear.  So I'll sum it up by saying yes, Rafa deserved it, hats off to both of them for an amazing match and being such amazing sportsmen, even though my guy lost I feel so lucky to have seen that match.
