5.) Where do you see yourself in this company____ years from now?

6.) Do you have a copy of a lesson plan we can see?

7.) How would you deal with a child that's.......(and they will throw out a weird situation for you.)?

8.) How would you deal with a parents that's.....?

  2. This was always something that came up in my interviews:

assessment of learning or assessment for learning, what is your opinion.....

how would you use differentiated instruction.....

    According to Bloom's Taxonomy.....

    Good luck!

If you go to your school divisions website, they may have a mission statement of what they are working towards as professionals- assessment, or inclusion, etc and that will give you a better idea of what they are working on, and how you can put that into your answers.  For example, if they are focussing on assessment in the whole division, maybe you could discuss how you would monitor achievement in you class :)
