I'm not good with planning parties, but heres a few ideas.

You could have a sleepover with some friends, and plan some games you all could play (truth or dare,board games,scavenger hunt,makeovers) and order pizza and have cake and ice cream.

The mall- to go shopping together, see a movie then go out to eat.

Or even take some friends and go to the build a bear workshop? Always fun (:

Laser tag. Boys these days are all into shooting and action things, so laser tag is definitely a good way to go. If that isn't a option, there's always a surprise party option where you have all his friends wait for him at his house, you just have to get him away from the house for enough time so they can all get there of course lol. Take them all to see a movie, get ice cream, just have fun with it
