Wha cards should I have in my perfect Neos deck?

I would like to make the perfect Elemental Hero and

Noes spaisian deck.

I know of most of the cards I want but I want some thing

thats perfect.

I already have most of the hero futions

but i need neos cards and a binch of

spell and traps.\

the card you need for a good neos deck would be prisma and a few alliuas would be good to and add 3 oversouls

all the neo-spacians, at least 2 of each
