Where would be the best place to promote a voluntary publicly established boycott against Japanese goods until they cease hunting whales?

  2. Nearly all of the whales they are hunting are Minke whales. The population of Minke whales has grown so large that they are literally turning into maritime "vacuum cleaners", eating up immature stocks of fish that haven't reached breeding age as yet. The Norwegians hunt the Minke in their fjords for the same reason. The Canadians in the Atlantic Fisheries wish they could as well because the Minke is helping to kill off the Cod banks. It's time for a cull and I applaud the Japanese.
