Check the Passport Site and you can find the local address for the area site or get a mailing address. Hope you don't need it fast it will cost about twice as much. And it takes approx. 10 weeks if you don't pay the extra.

Although most post offices and county clerk offices accept them, go to travel.state.gov and tap in your zip code for the office locator system.

keep in mind it is now taking 10 weeks to process a standard passport

You can go online to a United States Postal Servie (USPS) website and set up an appointment to go to the Post Office and they will take two pictures of you then sned off the information.
