i have bought a Wharfedale TU160DTR and for some reason when i do a channel scan to set it up it says ''scan failed'' and i only have about 15 channels?
its not a reception problem because my other box (i bought this new one because i wanted a card slot) works perfectly receiving all channels.
i have a setanta card and am supposed to leave it on channel 5 or channel 34(setanta) to activate my card, but i cant get those channels?
i have tried everything, turning it off, resetting, unplugging the aeriel lead etc. i even changed the box as i thought it may be faulty, but that does the same thing?? please help!!!!!! thanks
