I'm wondering what, precisely, a Riggin is. I know it's a piece of Rodeo Equipment, and I believe it is part of the saddle; is it the entire saddle, or a strap, or what?

  1. It's a leather apparatus type handle to hold on to, used for lifting or hauling. Usually used while ridding bareback.   Sometimes you'll find used ones on eBay.

  2. rigging can also mean one nut removed
