What, in your opinion, makes a good mom?

I'm not a mom lol but honestly a good mom is someone who has time for their children, understands what they're going through, is always there for them, & even when you may disagree with your children you always give it some thought. Also teaching your child about the world & how it works, how to socialize & make friends, & always willing to do things you may not normally do that your child enjoys. I'm a teenage daughter I do wish my mom was like what I discripted but there are some qualities I did that makes her a great mom. :)

A good mom hugs her kids everyday, tells them she loves them all the time, even when she has to discipline.  A good mom is not afraid to discipline.  A good mom makes mistakes, and knows enough to apologize to a three year old because she lost her temper.  A good mom reads stories, watches Cinderella for the 7000th time because her daughter loves it.  Takes her kids to the library and to feed the fish.  A good mom knows when she needs some Mommy Time.  A good mom is every mother who wants what is best for her child, and tries to attain it.  She isn't interested in obtaining more material possessions for her children, but she seeks to develop their character.
