What, when, and where as it pertains to GW/CC?

The others are what scientists are working on now.  But what we know today is WAY more than enough for us to start taking reasonable actions to lower man made greenhouse gas emissions.

As a bonus, many actions will also reduce our dependence on expensive and unstable foreign oil.  It's really a no brainer at this point.
