First you need to go learn how to properly form a sentence.  Frame your question better because it doesn't really make sense.  A nuclear ICBM would probably have the most kills in less then an hour if used.

EDIT:  The CRAM post below doesn't make any sense.  It isn't used to kill people, it's used to shoot down rockets and mortars.  Hence the name Counter Rocket And Mortar
