What 1960s or 70s game is this?

When i was young i played a board game where you had to pop a ball across the board over something to the other player. It was called something like criss cross, or something like that. Anyone know what its called?

The description definitely sounds like "Gnip Gnop," which was published in 1971 by Fundex, and later by Parker Brothers.

Use the paddles to hit the balls through a hoop and over to your opponent's side of the board. Goal was to get all 3 balls on the opponent's side of the board.
