What 2 do after the mission"los desparados" in GTA SAN ANDREAS?

when i enter red markd place (sweet) it says that i have 2 take the control of the more gangs in los santos.should i take the control over entire los santos ?is it required?.i mean ENTIRE LOS SANTOS NOT LEAVING A SINGLE AREA., is it really required? PLZ HELP

u need 33 percent of all territory and ull get a cal lfrom sweet

No you only need 33% of Los Santos (Which actually turned out to be more than I originally thought it would be) - Just take over gangland Bit by Bit until u get a phone call from Sweet.
