  1. You can hold down the middle button and the menu button for a few soconds.  keep holding them down untill the screen goes black and it will restart the ipod; i have to do it all the time.

  2. If you already tried putting the limewire movies on your iPod you probably used an unsupported format which may cause it to freeze. Isn't there a reset button on those stupid things? if not return it and get a new mp3 player from a real company like creative.

  3. Well, when it freezes, you should hold the menu button and the middle button (the button you use to select things), for 5-10 seconds until you see the apple logo

  4. you hold the menu and top button.  It'll reset itself

  5. press the menu button and the middle button at the same time and hold them down until it resets the ipod. dont worry though it wont erase anything it just resets it. hope it works. good luck!!

  6. I've had this problem with the iPod freezing. What you need to do is hold down the middle button and the menu button until it goes off. It might take a second or two and you might need to try one or two times, but it does work, ^_^

  7. when your ipod freezes up press the middle and menu button down for about 5 seconds. an apple will come on your screen and then your ipod will work again. tip:it should be in the manual that came with the ipod.
