I think it's Wales and New Zealand, These are the countries where rugby takes pride of place over any other sport.

Aotearoa for the reason that we eat, sleep, breath ,  live and bleed  rugby  . I'v heard the Welsh are as passionate about their rugby too. Spot on old chap!

i think new zealand takes the cake for this one. and i have heard that the welsh like it too....but i dont actually know apart from good ol' aotearoa!! =D

I'm not quite sure about the second one, but Figi would be my top candidate. Considering how small it is, Figi had tons of support at the world cup. Their performance turned me into a fan and I'm not even Figian.

I guess I'll throw in Ireland. There seems to be tons of pressure on them constantly to win and win big. I'm not sure about how loyal their support is, but no one has higher expectations than the Irish.

I totally agree with you, there is no passionate fans like the Welsh and the Kiwis!

That is why Henry, Hanson and Gatland settled so well in Wales, because the atmosphere and passion created by the Welsh fans is the same as the ones in NZ!

I think that the two most passionate nations are New Zealand and Samoa. In New Zealand, Rugby is a way of life and in Samoa, they love rugby so much that so many people come to New Zealand to learn and play rugby.
